Unexpected kindness at the front desk
Woke up to the aroma of fresh coffee. The front desk staff were attentive, helping me with directions and dining recommendations that enriched my stay.
Unfortunately, the breakfast options were quite limited and repetitive, leaving me wishing for more variety each morning. Wi-Fi connectivity was sporadic, causing some inconveniences during work hours.

Convenient base for 2 nights with best staff that spoke English and provided 5star customer service. Fab croissants, toast, and cheese supplied. Well-appointed hotel unit in the business centre or in the bedroom.
Bad smell in the room.

Helpful, friendly staff! Good breakfast! My favorite place, the sun terrace by the whirlpool .. Unfortunately my suitcase didn't arrive in BA. The employee, Martin, at the reception called for me at the airport and followed up again. I thought it was great !!! Thanks again. Suitcases came delivered in the middle of the night. Thanks also to argentino Aerolineas!
Centrally located. In the middle of 4 subway stations. City Tour Bus within walking distance. Internet top!!!

It's not perfect, but It's nice
A good stay with spacious rooms, a kitchenette, and the best churros at breakfast! The staff was friendly and the location perfect for exploring. Enjoyed the little restaurant downstairs too. Only minor issues were the decor's dim lighting and some noise from the courtyard.

I have ordered deluxe room, was unfortunately smaller. And not like on the pictures, bathroom very small. And in need of renovation.

The location was very good and the staff very helpful and friendly.
You can see that the hotel has had its best years. The furniture is already pretty run-down but the worst thing was that there was mold on the curtains.. We got a new room right away but still.

A Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our stay overall, especially appreciated the spacious Superior Double room and the thoughtful touch of free Netflix. Housekeeping could use some attention to detail. For future guests, try to coordinate breakfast early, as options can be limited later. A great value for the price!
